Bauer Media Group acquires ACP Magazines

Bauer Media Group has reached an agreement to acquire 100 per cent of ACP Magazines. The sale will close in the next four to eight weeks.

ACP is Australia and New Zealand’s largest magazine publisher with titles including The Australian Women’s Weekly, Woman’s Day, Cleo, Take 5, TV Week, Australian House & Garden, Gourmet Traveller and Zoo. ACP also operates a Trader and Custom business.
