Hearst Magazines Netherlands to take over publishing local edition of Cosmopolitan

Hearst Magazines Netherlands is to take over the publishing of Cosmopolitan from Sanoma Media Netherlands on 1 January 2013.
 
Eighteen months ago, as part of its global acquisition of former Lagardère businesses, Hearst Magazines acquired the business in the Netherlands. On 1 January 2013 the license agreement for Cosmopolitan with Sanoma Media Netherlands expires, and Hearst Magazines Netherlands will start publishing the title.
