Discover ways to foster innovation within a magazine media company

This tailor-made programme was created by FIPP with the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School.

It brings together senior executive magazine media leaders with experts from other industries to build better understanding of the forces at play and ways in which to drive your business through this period of mammoth change.

It will take place again in July 2015 and reservations are now being taken for this second group.

EPIC is divided into five core areas, each led by experts in highly interactive sessions:
Accepting the challenges of a disrupted industry
Developing strategies for tomorrow, today
Leading and fostering innovation, so that it is and in-built part of your business strategy
Discovering (and improving) your leadership style and qualities
Leading through change

EPIC is an exclusive course, open only to a selected number of high-level participants to ensure you benefit not only from the formal programme, but also through the engagement in “neutral” territory with peers.

What did last year’s participants think of their experience?

Don’t just take or word that this is a fantastic course that will change the way in which you think, this is what some of last year’s group had to say:

“A very good programme with a perfect structure and rhythm over the days. Very prominent and impressive teachers, with a lot of outcomes and takeaways.”

Hans Hammer, managing director, Axel Springer, Germany

“I am very much satisfied; my expectations were met and exceeded, especially in the lectures of innovation, ambidextrous leadership and leading adaptive change.”

Jorge Canahuati Larach, president and CEO, Grupo OPSA, Honduras

“It was fantastic. It provided excellent ideas that will help me transmit change management within the company, both upwards and downwards. It will also help me develop my own management skills.”

Frances Evans, director international licensing and advertising, Hubert Burda Media, Germany
