Antonella has covered various leadership positions, among others BCG’s Media & Entertainment Sector global lead. She was a member of the Global Executive Committee of the firm from 2006 to 2011 and of the European Leadership Team.
Her main consulting work is in the area of strategy and organisational development for international Media and Consumer companies, with a particular focus on digital transformation. Her activity outside BCG is focused on board positions in family holding companies and not-for-profit organizations. Antonella is married and has three daughters.
