Egmont Publishing acquires Forma Publishing Group
The acquisition includes magazine brands such as Icakuriren, Hus & Hem, Hus & Hem Trädgård, Hälsa, Scandinavian Retro and Kryss & Knåp. B2B titles Market and Icanyheter are not part of the deal.
“This acquisition is part of our overall strategy aiming at being active and offensive in the consolidation taking place in the Swedish publishing market,” said CEO of Egmont Publishing in Sweden, Per Kjellander.
In 2014, Egmont Tidskrifter merged with Egmont Kids Media and changed its name to Egmont Publishing.
