Future appoints James Marchington as editor-in-chief

Marchington has worked in the shooting press for nearly four decades as a writer, editor and photographer, and more recently as video producer. He worked as a reporter at the London 2012 Olympics and was the first journalist to interview Peter Wilson after he won his historic Double Trap gold medal.
