Condé Nast has announced the promotion of Natalia Gamero del Castillo to managing director of Europe. In this newly created role, Gamero del Castillo will be based in London and oversee all of the company’s European operations, which includes teams in the UK, France, Italy, Germany and Spain.
Gamero del Castillo is currently managing director of Condé Nast Spain, which publishes AD, Condé Nast Traveler, Glamour, GQ, Vanity Fair and Vogue. Gamero del Castillo will report to Roger Lynch, CEO of Condé Nast and her appointment takes effect on January 1.

Gamero del Castillo has held a number of senior positions at Condé Nast during her nearly 20 years with the company, including digital managing director of Condé Nast Spain. In this role, she led the market through its digital transformation and promoted editorial innovation to expand audience reach. Under her leadership, the audience in Spain grew to 30 million unique users across platforms.
