The Content Exchange and Immediate Media sign content syndication deal

The Content Exchange (TCE) has signed a new deal with Immediate Media Co, the special interest content and platform company, to partner on content syndication.

This means Immediate’s market-leading BBC History Revealed and BBC Science Focus and Radio Times, Britain’s best-selling quality magazine, will be available for syndication on the TCE digital platform. TCE users can view, download and pay directly to syndicate the content in 20 different languages.

“Syndication has always been a key part of our business and this latest deal shows our commitment to working with the top partners globally,” said Richard Bentley, Head of Syndication Immediate Media Co. “TCE will support us to identify new markets whilst providing an efficient and scalable solution, and we look forward to the growth and expansion opportunities this new partnership offers.”

Joris van Lierop, CEO of TCE added: “Our mission is to create more value for great stories. Immediate is one of the best content creators of special interest publications in the world and we are very excited to work with them on this. Editorial teams and publishers, print and digital, around the world now have easy access to work with the stories they have created as well, based on solid conditions and fair pricing for all parties.”
