1XL goes native to deliver targeted ads across the UK

The partnership, which kicks off today, will deliver tightly targeted native ad content with geographically-bespoke messaging to 1XL’s 26.1 million readers by making use of the talents and expertise of senior journalists from almost 30 leading UK publishers.

The market-leading Polar technology will ensure native ad content is seamlessly delivered with the look and feel of each regional title, while copy reflects local nuances and will be sign-posted contextually and behaviourally across desktop, tablet and mobile, according to how readers of more than 800 regional sites choose to consume content.

The new partnership aims to deliver maximum benefit to advertisers from the greater relevance, trust and likelihood to prompt a purchase that local media offers, according to recently released comScore research. It will do so with huge national reach to more than half of all UK active Internet users (comScore) and through inventory scale exceeding 400 million monthly page views.
