ACP Magazines to rebrand as Bauer Media
Matthew Stanton, CEO of ACP Magazines in Australia, has announced that the company will rebrand as Bauer Media. The process will take a number of months and the rebrand will be complete early in the new year.
Stanton said: “The decision to rebrand and change the company’s name is a natural transition following Bauer Media Group’s acquisition of ACP Magazines last month. ACP is now 100 per cent owned by Bauer Media and this includes all our businesses in Australia – ACP Magazines, ACP Custom Media and ACP Books, and the Trader Group – ACP Media New Zealand, and also ACP Asia, our off-shore interests in Hong Kong and Thailand.”
