Hearst to launch Dr. Oz The Good Life magazine in the US
On 4 February, Hearst Magazines is to launch a pilot issue of Dr. Oz the Good Life – a new title covering heath, well-being and beauty through the eyes of the famous US talk-show host.
Initial distribution of the first pilot issue is 800,000 copies: 375,000 on the newsstand at a cover price of US$3.99 (€2.90), with the balance going to subscribers of Dr. Oz The Good Life and selected Hearst titles. A second pilot issue is planned for May/June (hitting newsstands on 15 April).
