Meredith Corporation’s Allrecipes.com has appointed Jason Burnett as Executive Editor, effective immediately. He reports to Michelle Edelbaum, Director of Content Strategy for Meredith’s Food Vertical.
“Jason joins our team with tremendous knowledge and passion for all things cooking and digital media related,” said Edelbaum. “Serving up the best content recipes and social content, Allrecipes engages with all aspects of the audiences’ culinary lives from recipes they love and food news to entertaining. I know Jason’s expertise will enhance our content and the special connection we share with our audience.”
As Executive Editor, Burnett leads the Allrecipes.com editorial and social team and works closely with Allrecipes Magazine Editor in Chief Jennifer Darling. His editorial oversight includes Allrecipes.com’s onsite experiences, voice skills, smart appliances, app and podcasts. Allrecipes publishes reviews from home cooks, reviews kitchen tools and appliances, reports on new food products and cooking trends and shares stories from the Allrecipes community of more than 50 million home cooks. The brand helps home cooks shop, budget and make healthier and sustainable choices in the kitchen.

Allrecipes recently announced a new licensing agreement with Lifetime Brands of Garden City, New York, for a robust line of kitchen tools, food prep and storage containers, bakeware, and cutlery products to be made under the Allrecipes® trademark.
