Sanoma sells its Serbian operations
Sanoma and its partners Gruner + Jahr and Styria Media have sold their joint venture Adria Media Serbia to Kurir-info. This transaction marks the departure of Sanoma from the Serbian market.
The divestment is in line with Sanoma’s strategy to focus its operations and divest selected ownerships.
