Sanoma sells Slovenian operations
Adria Media Holding, of which Sanoma Corporation owns 50 per cent, has sold its entire 75 per cent stake in Adria Media Ljubljana to the management of the company. This transaction marks the departure of Sanoma from the Slovenian market.
After this transaction, Adria Media Holding holds controlling stakes in Adria Media Zagreb and Adria Media Serbia.
