Entertainment strategist, Kelly Warnell to head Hearst UK’s Technology and Entertainment commercial team
Hearst UK has announced the appointment of Kelly Warnell as Head of Technology and Entertainment in its Commercial Client Team.
Kelly, who will work across the company’s feature entertainment and technology content, has a history of working in the film industry.
She was previously Global Head of Film, TV and Games for ESI Media, and was also a founder of The Stunt Alliance and Screen Masters International which have provided production solutions for TV shows and films including Dune, Tenet, No Time To Die and Jurassic World: Dominion.
Kelly’s role will be to drive revenue through digital, performance, event, content, creative solutions and print offerings. Her roots in the film industry suggest that monetising long-form content could be a priority for the company going forward. It also underlines the ongoing importance of entertainment and technology to Hearst UK, which has many brands including; Digital Spy, Cosmopolitan, Harper’s Bazaar, Good Housekeeping, Red, House Beautiful, Elle, Men’s Health, Women’s Health and Esquire in the sector.
