How pureplay Internet businesses work the world
Speakers from Business Insider, Buzzfeed, HuffPost, POLITICO, Quartz and Slate will all share their thoughts at the Congress, alongside various platform plays aimed at the online and mobile world (including Adobe, Blendle, PressReader, Say Media, Unruly and Tencent’s WeChat).
They will be part of near 80 speakers at the FIPP World Congress, taking place from 13-15 October 2015 in Toronto, Canada (register here for the Congress, if you haven’t yet).

The Congress will present delegates with the opportunity of 2015 to get an in-depth, truly global look at the world of content today.
Still unsure?
Take what Peter Kreisky, who will be on stage at the Congress, has to say.
• How many Congresses have you attended?
o “This will be my 6th World Congress and I’m looking forward to it a great deal. I think the event goes from strength to strength each year.”
• What keeps you coming back?
o “The audience is just so diverse. The fact that the Congress moves around and is such a global event, makes for a truly international audience and a chance to meet people you would not otherwise meet.”
• What’s the most valuable part of the Congress for you?
o “The opportunity to hear from the best in the business is obviously really great. The calibre of speakers is fantastic and it seems to get better every year. But personally I find the networking opportunity invaluable. The chance to talk to people one-to-one at the social events and the breaks is fantastic for me. Everyone is very accessible and I think that’s down to the format.”
