Sanoma combines Belgian and Dutch media operations
The companies will be led by Dutch CEO, Peter de Mönnink.
Henk Scheenstra, COO, content media in the Netherlands, is appointed chairman of the management board, Sanoma Media Belgium. He will be responsible for top line growth of the company. Scheenstra will report to de Mönnink.
Sanoma says it strives to finalise the integration process within twelve months.
