The Bazaar At Work Summit returns in partnership with the Samsung Galaxy Ring

The Harper’s Bazaar At Work Summit is set to return on 3 December 2024, in partnership with Samsung Galaxy Ring. The event will take place at the Kimpton Fitzroy London hotel, promising a full day of discussions, networking, and keynote speeches aimed at uplifting and empowering professional women.

This year’s summit, themed ‘Reach for the stars: new heights and new horizons‘, aims to foster ambition amongst women and guide them in overcoming career challenges. It will feature a series of high-profile speakers, including actress and entrepreneur Elizabeth Hurley, who will share insights from her varied career. Dr. Nicola Fox, head of science at NASA, will offer a unique perspective on her experiences in one of the most prestigious scientific roles, following a two-decade career marked by significant contributions to space exploration, including the successful launch of the Parker Solar Probe.

The summit will also present a session led by architect Linda Morey Burrows and Dr. Maureen Dunne, focusing on future workforce strategies. Additionally, a conversation on the intersections of technology, wellbeing, and productivity will include Annika Bizon, Marketing and Omnichannel Director at Samsung UK, who highlights the importance of personal health in professional success.

Lydia Slater, Editor-in-Chief of Harper’s Bazaar, stated, “Building on a strong legacy of empowering women for over 150 years, Harper’s Bazaar is delighted to partner with the Samsung Galaxy Ring for the eighth Bazaar At Work Summit. We look forward to connecting with our readers in person and hearing from inspiring female leaders.”

Bizon echoed this sentiment, asserting that “empowering women at work and creating pathways to leadership is vital,” noting the common struggle women face in balancing multiple responsibilities that often diminishes their focus on personal health and wellbeing. “That’s why we are delighted to partner with the Bazaar at Work Summit to encourage women to use technology such as the Samsung Galaxy Ring to understand their health and reach their full potential,” she added.

Past editions of the summit have hosted an array of distinguished speakers, including athlete Katarina Johnson-Thompson and actress Zawe Ashton, highlighting its commitment to featuring influential figures who can inspire and motivate attendees.
