Top tips for managing hybrid and remote teams: learning lessons from the “old normal”

Flexible working is here to stay.

As the UK (and other parts of the world) begins to unlock, employees are transitioning to new ways of working. Having participated in the world’s biggest unintended remote working experiment, many of us now want to split our time between the office and home – and employers are taking note.

Research from the Forever Flex report by Flex Appeal reveals that over 70 per cent of companies plan to continue some or all of the flexible working practices they have deployed over the last year.

The great news for leaders transitioning to manage remote and hybrid teams, is that there are already tried and tested approaches and techniques they can learn from.
