The cost
The programme is completely free to attend, but given the hands-on nature and personalised approach, there are only 12 available slots. We encourage potential attendees to get that application in as soon as possible.
The structure
The North Star framework is designed as an accelerator to achieve an organisation’s objective. The same model was used by The Financial Times to achieve a goal of 1m paying subscribers in 2019.
It is a practical 3/4 day hands-on programme, during which attendees will focus on a key strategic ambition for their digital news business. Over 3 days, publishers will develop an action plan and detailed roadmap to take their digital journey to the next level.
The 4th day is an optional 1-1 session with FT consultants.
