Arnaud de Puyfontaine appointed senior executive vice president, media and content, Vivendi
Arnaud de Puyfontaine, former managing director, Western Europe at Hearst Magazines International has been appointed senior executive vice president, media and content at Vivendi.
In a statement issued by Hearst, Duncan Edwards, president and CEO, Hearst Magazines International said: “We congratulate Arnaud de Puyfontaine on his appointment as Vivendi’s senior executive vice president, media and content activities and thank him for his work over the last four years. Hearst Corporation and Vivendi have existing partnerships in France and we look forward to exploring more ways our two companies can work together.”
Hearst says that the process of identifying and appointing a new CEO is underway and meanwhile, COO Anna Jones assumes day-to-day management responsibility of Hearst Magazines UK.
