Bauer Media’s Empire magazine publishes moving image cover
The December issue of Empire, on sale 27 October, will feature a specially designed, custom cover image, embedded with two pieces of video.
This limited edition, first-ever moving image cover will have a special run of 5,000 copies only, and will be available exclusively in UK supermarket Sainsbury’s, priced at £9.99 (€11.18).

Pictures were the perfect partner for our most ambitious idea yet – making the cover move. Our readers are going to be desperate to get their hands on a copy and see the new world of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them brought to life.”
