FIPP launches media consulting service

FIPP is delighted to announce the launch of FIPP Consulting – a new specialist media consulting service open to both existing FIPP members and non-members alike.

Using an extensive network of associates around the globe, as well as direct experience and knowledge of successful media business models and approaches, FIPP Consulting will work with clients across a range of areas including international expansion, digital subscriptions and membership models, new product development, digital content and newsroom transformation, M&A, new content formats, events, commercial strategy, digital marketing and more.

FIPP Consulting will be led by Alastair Lewis, in an exclusive partnership with his business, Quested Consulting. Alastair will bring his 20+ years of experience in leading media businesses to the new venture, as well as his extensive expertise as a media consultant to head the FIPP Consulting practice.

Along with James Hewes, FIPP President & CEO, Alastair will work with clients and potential clients to understand their needs, identify solutions and then appoint the relevant team of associate consultants to work on each project.
