Readly partners with Infomedia to deliver mobile billing for its mobile apps

When launched in September 2015, Infomedia’s multi-national network of operators will be able to offer unlimited use of the Readly Apps as a Pay by phone service.

The relationship will initially provide Readly the opportunity to be distributed to the 26 million customers on EE, Orange and T-Moble and leverage the Infomedia Mobile Payments Platform to give users a simple way to access the 1,100 magazine titles that are available through the Readly digital magazine platforms.

Ranj Begley, Readly’s UK Managing Director, said:

“For Readly, the agreement with Infomedia is another great milestone since our UK launch only 15 months ago. For us and our publishing partners to work with such an innovative and effective partner is a fantastic and unique opportunity.”

Michael Tomlins, CEO of Infomedia Group, said:

“We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Readly, who are proven innovators in the digital publishing sector. Our collaboration has enabled us to provide their digital magazine app via a monthly flat-rate subscription model to our multi-national network operators. We look forward to growing and expanding on this prosperous relationship.”

Those who choose to sign up to Readly can use the service on up to 5 devices, meaning that the whole family can log in and read simultaneously, either on or offline. Readly gives access to over 1,100 magazine titles from several different territories, including those from the UK, US, Europe and beyond. Titles featured cover Celebrity & Entertainment (Heat, Hello! OK!); TV & Film (Soaplife, Total Film, Empire); Music (NME, Q, MOJO); Automotive (What Car, Top Gear); Tech (T3, Stuff), to name but a few.
