Ringier Axel Springer Media acquires Hungarian job portal
Ringier Axel Springer Media has reached an agreement to acquire the job portal www.profession.hu.
The company says the 12 year-old site is the “leading job portal in the country with the highest volume of online traffic among job portals”. The portal was established in 2002.
Mark Dekan, CEO of Ringier Axel Springer Media (pictured) said: “The acquisition is an important step towards expanding our digital portfolio. Profession.hu is the profitable market leader and will ideally supplement our portfolio of online classified advertising markets.”
