Spanish association, AEEPP, and Google form working group
The Spanish Association of Publishers of Periodicals (AEEPP) and Google are to establish a joint working group which will analyse digital solutions that enable publishers to become more dynamic, develop opportunities to increase the visibility of their publications online and find sustainable business models in the digital world.
The working group will meet regularly, and have discussed the idea of creating a platform for advertisers to monitor website traffic so that competition is introduced when attracting advertising investment.
AEEPP and Google have also announced that they will organise workshops in Madrid and Barcelona in the near future to explain and analyse new advertising solutions and tools to enable websites to intensify their presence and acquire a sustainable business model in the media landscape.
