Time Inc. UK acquires UK cycling events
Time Inc. UK’s cycling portfolio already includes Cycle Sport, Cycling Active, Cycling Fitness, Mountain Bike Rider and Cycling Weekly.
Marcus Rich, CEO, Time Inc. UK said of the deal: “The acquisition of UKCE is an important piece in building out an events growth platform for our business as a whole and an attractive use of Time Inc. capital.”
