Publishers from all over the world are invited to enter for the ‘Outstanding Global Achievement’ award at the PPA Digital Publishing Awards, taking place on 18 September in London.
The Outstanding Global Achievement award recognises stand-out overseas digital product launches and international projects. The winning entrant will be a product that has used the opportunities of digital media either to internationalise a world-class brand or service or to take a brand into previously uncharted territory. The judges will consider every aspect of this expansion: the due-diligence, adapting your product to a foreign audience, the launch itself, and the facts and figures which demonstrate commercial success.
The PPA Digital Publishing Conference will precede the Awards ceremony and will feature global publishing businesses discussing digital product development; monetisation of content and data; high-level commercial strategies; and will give invaluable insight into how many have reinvented themselves for this exciting new age.
PPA’s Digital Publishing Awards are now open for entry (deadline 10 June), and contain 15 categories including: Digital Data/Information Service of the Year, Digital Magazine of the Year, App of the Year, Innovation of the Year and Digital Brand of the Year.
