Xavier Bouckaert to succeed Rik De Nolf as CEO
Roularta would like to thank Hugo Vandamme for his important contribution during the seventeen years he was part of the executive board, 12 of which as president of the board. He is to become honorary president of the group.
Xavier Bouckaert (40) is a master in law and notary (FUNDP/KUL) and afterwards obtained a postgraduate in management (EHSAL). He started his career as a notarial lawyer and began working at Roularta in 2005 as a company lawyer and later on as group controller. He is COO and director magazines since 2009. He is to become a member of the Executive Board as a permanent representative of Koinon Comm.VA.
Rik De Nolf is to become executive president of the group and will remain actively and closely involved with the further expansion.
