YouTube plans to add 360-degree videos

Google confirmed to Gizmodo that it will be adding native support for 360-degree videos to its streaming video service. Which means that new cameras such as the Bublcam and Ricoh’s Theta able to make 360-degree footage will be able to be shared through YouTube.
