ALM acquires Kennedy Consulting Research & Advisory
Kennedy Consulting Research & Advisory is a source of market analysis and intelligence for the management consulting and IT consulting industries.
“The addition of Kennedy Consulting marks the first milestone in our growth strategy, paving the way for expansion of our professional services beyond the legal industry,” said Bill Carter, CEO of ALM. “Kennedy’s array of products and their reputation as a trusted analytics resource will also enable ALM to further expand our Legal Intelligence offering to include more authoritative research and advisory services for legal professionals.”
The transaction is expected to close on 31 December 2014.
