Bauer Media launch e-commerce solution ‘Dabbl’
Bauer Media has announced the launch of a new e-commerce platform, Dabbl, as part of their continued focus on digital product development. The new voucher sales website gives consumers the opportunity to purchase discount deals from well-known brands across the UK and launches with brands such as Zizzi, Pizza Hut, Toby Carvery, Reel Cinema, Superbreaks, Lightwater Valley and Donald Russell.
The launch of Dabbl follows the success of Radio Offers, Bauer City Network’s consumer discount site valid in each of the network’s key areas. Dabbl will build on this progress with a wide variety of national discounts for the best restaurants, getaways, events, spas and shopping.
Dabbl is the latest development from Bauer Media’s Xcel Media – its digital division led by Sam Jones. The product development of Dabbl has been led by Jo Baldwin and is a result of 12 months of development.
Commenting on the launch, Jo Baldwin, Digital Development Director, Bauer Media said: “Dabbl is a prime example of our agile approach to product development – something that continues to be a real focus for the company. It also demonstrates our deep understanding of consumers and their shopping habits, allowing us to work closely with national advertisers. The high level of product offering is a testament to the talent in the team and we look forward to welcoming more brands on board.”
A launch marketing campaign will run across all the Bauer Media multi-platform brands including Magic, KISS and Absolute Radio across reaching an audience of over 22m consumers.
