DIS 2014: listen to, learn from and share with international counterparts

More than 40 speakers will address an expected 500 international delegates across 30 sessions in two days at the Digital Innovators’ Summit (DIS) in Berlin on 24-25 March 2014.

The annual DIS, now in its seventh year, is your opportunity to consider first-hand many of the most prevalent innovations in the content industry today.

Visit the programme page on the DIS website (www.innovators-summit.com) to see the preliminary programme.

Speakers confirmed so far are from companies including Amazon (USA), Axel Springer (Germany), BMW (Germany), Buzzfeed (USA), Dennis Publishing (UK), Don’t Panic (UK), Facebook (USA), Group M (France), Hanley Wood (USA), Immediate Media (UK), Janrain (USA), Knight Lab (USA), Mediahuset Fædrelandsvennen (Norway), Sanoma Ventures (The Netherlands) and Zumobi (USA). Click here for more on the speakers.

More than 120 delegates have so far reserved their places at DIS 2014 during our initial pre-agenda registration offer.

You still have the opportunity to book at a discounted rate if you do so before the DIS Early Bird registration offer expires, saving you 20 per cent on the standard delegate rate (FIPP and VDZ members: this is on top of your membership saving!).

The DIS is a truly international event, not only with speakers from different parts of the world, but delegates and sponsors and exhibitors too. For example delegates so far registered are from countries like Germany and many others in eastern and western Europe, Brazil, China, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, South Africa and the USA, to name a few.

There are many reasons to attend the DIS, including giving you ample opportunity to network with international colleagues in between sessions, and including in a more informal environment at the DISFest after Day 1 of the programme.

The DIS in 2014 will also include new additions, notably a ‘Meet the Founder tour‘ to selected Berlin digital start-ups on 23 March (this has to be booked separately, and places are limited) and the ‘Digital Innovators’ Accelerator’ – a show and tell where founders will present their businesses to DIS delegates on the afternoon of 25 March.

Register at the early bird rate and for the DIS Meet the Founder tour.
