Doing business globally? You need to be at the Worldwide Media Marketplace
FIPP’s Worldwide Media Marketplace (WMM) is the only event in the world designed for magazine media publishers who are interested in international licensing, joint ventures and content syndication. If magazine media licensing is your game, you cannot afford to miss the next WMM event in Bangkok this May.
The 12th WMM takes place on 14-15 May 2014 in Bangkok, Thailand. Attendance at the WMM will also give you access to our inaugural Digital Newsstand Forum, more on which below.
Whether you want to add a global magazine brand to your existing portfolio, are looking to publish a title in another country or are exploring tablet, app or website licensing, WMM provides a unique opportunity to have scheduled face-to-face meetings with potential partners from around the globe.
It is a hands-on trade event that brings together consumer, business, specialist and digital publishers to network and meet over two days. Meet the world’s publishing industry at one time, in one place, with one common aim – to meet other decision-makers and do business.
To register for the event, visit www.wmm.net or contact Claire Jones for more information.
New for 2014 – FIPP’s first Digital Newsstand Forum (DNF)
2014 sees WMM introduce the first Digital Newsstand Forum (DNF), which takes a practical look at the challenges facing distribution via digital newsstands. Sessions will explore platform selection, app analytics, piracy, best practice and of course ways to monetise your content.
The FIPP DNF will run alongside the WMM in the same venue. Your WMM ticket entitles you to attend as many sessions of the DNF as you wish.
Please make sure that you add the sessions you wish to attend to your online diary so that other delegates do not try to make appointments with you during this time. For full details on the DNF please visit www.fippdnf.com
