Future has announced it is to launch its biking site, Bike Radar, in Italy, in January 2014.
The website, www.bikeradar.it, will be published in Italian and will be aligned with a series of print bookazines, including Italian cycling brand BiciFit, which is already available on Italian newsstands.
The launch will be administered by Future Media Italia, a new company created in Italy with offices in Milan and headed up by Tino Cennamo, Future managing director of the international market.
Cennamo said: “BikeRadar Italy will offer a unique advertising opportunity, targeting the Italian market as part of an established global network. Its contents, covering the whole available platform (print and digital) and the world of cycling for people of all abilities and interests, will draw a large entry-level audience, giving advertisers greater opportunity and scale.”
