How can publishers thrive in challenging times?

[Sponsored] Recently the WoodWing team traveled to London for the FIPP World Congress. For those of you who haven’t been lucky enough to attend yet, the FIPP World Congress is the largest and most high profile media event in the world. It brings together the world’s leading multi-platform media publishers and industry suppliers, to explore the latest trends and solutions.

Whilst there, I was given the opportunity to present onstage.

The focus of my presentation, “Strategies to help publishers thrive in challenging times”, explored the common challenges we have seen our publishing customers face and how they have overcome these.

Watch the recorded presentation to gain insights into:

  • Dealing with increased competition,
  • Changes in audience behavior, and
  • Why it’s imperative to change the way we work.

Following the presentation is a short three minute demonstration of our upcoming product Enterprise Aurora (due out later this year).

Fact or fake news?’, I took a look at the evidence that digital media is suffering something of a crisis.

  • A new way to new revenue for publishers

Tired of trying to grow digital ad sales? You've hired a "digital" salesperson. You've created packages that bundle print and digital. You've restructured commission plans. You've shot more videos and created more email newsletters. It's exhausting and the results aren't always there. There is a better way. You can break the cycle and thrive in the digital environment.
