The course starts with Module 1 on 13 May, at 11 am East Coast Time/4 pm UK time/5 pm Central European Time/20:30 India Standard Time.
Module 2 is on 20 May, Module 3 on 27 May, Module 4 on 3 June and Module 5 on 10 June — all with the same starting time as above.
Classes are live and will run for an hour.

- Week 1. 13 May: What makes subscription products different, including an overview and optimising for the customer journey
- Week 2, 20 May: Pricing for subscriptions, including how your customers think about pricing and the pricing options available to you
- Week 3, 27 May: The right organisation to scale subscription, including the culture of a subscription mindset and new roles and skills required
- Week 4, 3 June: Benchmarking and measuring success, including customer live time value and other key metrics
- Week 5, 10 June: Staying the course – the importance of continued iteration, including product roadmaps and development and the role of subscriptions in your overall ecosystem

About Robbie Baxter:
Robbie Baxter is best known as the creator of the popular business concept Membership Economy.
She is the founder of Peninsula Strategies, a management consulting firm. She coined the popular business term “Membership Economy”, which is now being used by organisations and journalists around the country and beyond. She is the author of two bestselling books, The Membership Economy and The Forever Transaction.
