Rising Stars award winners announced at Congress
At a refreshingly relaxed ceremony that took place under the Citadel sunshine at Congress last week, the winners of the 2022 FIPP & UPM Rising Stars in Media Awards were officially announced. Recognising excellence in both editorial and commercial categories, the awards are open to anyone under the age of 30, or those who have been employed in media for less than 5yrs.
Our Overall Winner this year was Kim Dewe – Head of SEO at Blue Array, with Charlie Haynes of the BBC and Utkarsh Arora of The Times of India also taking home accolades.

It was fantastic to see our overall winner join us in Portugal, as our flagship event returned to a real-world setting, and it’s clear that the future of our industry is in very capable hands!”
