As a passionate entrepreneur, Paula is building a business based on multimedia storytelling with a focus on audio storytelling.
She has worked with broadcasters, music and media companies for the last twenty years, both as researcher, business consultant and keynote speaker. For the last four years she acted as he ombudsperson for public radio at RTP (Rádio e televisão de Portugal). She holds a PhD in interactive media, is author of books about radio (2010) and digital media (2016) and writes for several media outlets about the intersection of technology and society.
